Student Success Story

Jake Halpin, MAXMEDIALAB

In 2015, Jake successfully graduated from The Fashion Institute, leveraging the valuable internship opportunities provided, he gained diverse experiences in fashion styling, public relations, and magazine editorial roles. Jake kick-started his career in PR at a prominent Sydney-based agency, working with leading fashion and lifestyle brands.

Following a year in London with the global luxury fashion retailer MATCHES FASHION, where he excelled in a social media and content editor role for menswear, Jake returned to Australia. He subsequently founded his communications agency, GLOSS COMMUNICATIONS. In 2023, Jake became a pivotal member of the MAX Network, playing an integral role in the launch team for MAXCo.LAB and is Communications Director at MAXMEDIALAB.
